Kerb Paver Machine Overview

1. Works on the extrusion principle, where concrete is fed into the hopper and forced through a mold to the required shape.

Performance Features

1. Can extrude over 700 linear meters of kerbing per day.

2. Designed for laying up to 550 mm height and 600 mm width kerbs.

3. Achieves compaction through a ramming mechanism, eliminating the need for vibration.

Machine Design

1. Quick-change mold design for easy switching between different kerb shapes and sizes.

2. Automatic sensor for steering and height controls, allowing the machine to follow a reference line.

3. Flexibly mounted 10 HP diesel engine or 16 HP petrol engine drives the ram operating mechanism and hydraulic pump.

Operational Features

1. No powered wheels; forward propulsion results from the opposite reaction to the ramming action.

2. Can be operated with a small crew of semi-skilled labor.
